Bengal Bazaar offers shipping services to customers across India. We strive to deliver your orders promptly and safely.
Shipping Areas
We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India. Delivery to remote areas may take additional time.
Shipping Methods
We partner with leading courier services to ensure timely delivery:
- Standard Shipping (3-5 business days)
- Express Shipping (1-2 business days) - Available at additional cost
- Same-day Delivery (in select metro cities) - Subject to availability
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: On orders above ₹500/-
- Standard Shipping: ₹50/- for orders below ₹500/-
- Express Shipping: ₹100/- (delivery within 1-2 business days)
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 1-3 business days
- Other Cities/Towns: 3-5 business days
- Remote Areas: 5-7 business days
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your order status on our website or through the courier's website.
Delivery Issues
If you experience any delivery issues:
- Contact our customer service immediately
- Provide your order number and details of the issue
- We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly
Undelivered Packages
If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery or issue a refund (minus shipping charges).
International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our services to international customers in the future.
